We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel .
The staff at reception were extremely helpfu nothing was a problem from the concise directions of the general facilities in the hotel to simply ordering your taxi giving you an approximate cost of your taxi fair
The cleaning staff were very thorough also the rooms were generally cleaned upon your return from breakfast
The grounds surrounding the hotel were immaculate and the village design was a pleasant one with their well maintained squares etc
The poolside entertainment was great as there were over 30 people enjoying the pool areobics on one particular day and as many for the following days they entertainers had so much positive energy that it was most definately passed on to the guests
Great selection of food at mealtimes and it was obviously very popular due to the amount of perole gathering both at breakfast and evening meal.
All in all we had a great time and will recommend it to both family and freinds alike l << click here to read less |

The hotel was booked very last minute, I thought with what I paid and with it being the begining of Easter it was going to be poor. What a pleasant surprise, OK there were roadworks on the main road in which the hotel was on. But my accommodation was far enough away to even hear cars. It was very peaceful and the accommodation are in blocks within spacious grounds. The pool was almost an olympic size, it was about a 30 minute walk to Puerto Banus along the beachfront which was nice both day and night. Otherwise for 6 Euros you could get a Taxi. The food improved as the week went on, but as I mentioned for what I paid I would have still paid the same price for having no food included. I would definately rate this hotel and will go back again when I need to be in the Costa Del Sol, Spain << click here to read less |

The Hotel was advertised as a 4* but i didn't see any evidence of that. Our room had dirty patches and stains on the cushions on the chairs, the tiles in the bathroom were falling off the wall and most of them were cracked. The air conditioning didn't work and our room was right on the road side which was very loud. When i asked to change rooms the reception staff were very unhelpfull!!!! The food was certainly not the standard of a 4* hotel either, i wouldn't recommend this hotel. << click here to read less |

This is definitely not a four star hotel but it's an ok 3 star. It doesn't make a great first impression but after a few days we had grown to really like it and the breakfast is great. Just make sure you bring your own iron as they only provide one for the whole hotel. << click here to read less |

This hotel was fab, there are two parts to it though, one for families (larger swimming pool) and one part with the smaller pool for other people. The part we stayed in had such a lovely surrounding with greenery and fresh water swimming pool. I couldnt fault the layout of the place it reminded me of a spanish village, I would not hesitate to go back there and neither should you.... although rooms in the 800 range seem to be in the family section. << click here to read less |

We stayed here for just a few days on a tour through Spain. The staff were very good and the food was excellent and if you plan on staying on site it's very good. If you like to get out though, the surrounding area is quite sterile, being mostly holiday flats and the nearest shops and bars (in Puerto Banus) are a good half hour walk through the back streets, or a bit quicker on the busy main road. We were also a bit disappointed that it took at least 48 hours to get laundry done here! If you're driving, it will help to know that the hotel is actually on the A7, and if driving from the north, you need to go past it for about 500m and turn back on yourself to get to it. << click here to read less |
