We have stayed at the Centro several times. It is located centrally within easy reach of the new shopping centre and the old town with its museums and tapas bars....the beach is in walking distance, as is the railway station, which is more like an airport, with its links to many Spanish towns and the Costa Del Sol's resorts, which can be reached very cheaply. This gives you the flexibility to get around if you so wish.
The hotel rooms are superb - ask for one with a good view - and the staff friendly. It is worth having bed and breakfast, as the food is excellent, and it is really good value for money. << click here to read less |

The hotel fronts s a busy raoad but backs onto an alley where there is parking facility. The gates to the parking work through a buzzer system to the Reception desk - and it is efficient. Parking costs 12 euros a night extra. Easy walk to the Picasso Museum in the old town. Breakfast buffet excellent. << click here to read less |

Breakfast is a little strange, you are met with a card on your table offering a freshly cooked breakfast at no extra charge. When you ask for it the waitress simply points at the pre-heated buffet. You are also asked to fill in a rate our service questionnaire but when the hotel becomes busy the questionnaire and offer of a fresh breakfast vanishes.

I stayed in the hotel with my husband and son, for one night, prior to flying home to Scotland - we had spent the previous week in Torrox/Nerja. The only problems we encountered was finding the hotel - but we eventually negotiated through the Malaga traffic and found a signpost, then the hotel. We also managed to get into the small car park for the hotel - an added bonus. The room - a triple - was very well appointed and spacious and the free soft drinks in the mini bar made up for there being no tea/coffee in the room. The hotel is very well placed for the old town - a short walk took us into the main areas. We were very impressed with Malaga itself and would recommend taking one of the bus tours - if you don't have much time it lets you see the main points of interest and get your bearings. << click here to read less |

Rooms were on the small side however the bathrooms were huge, we visited in Feb and the rooms were hot but the air conditioning didn't do anything. The street was relatively quiet so opening a window was more affective. Very friendly and helpful staff. << click here to read less |

My husband and I and our two children stayed two different nights in this hotel. First night in Room 511 and the second in room 211. These rooms have a large entrance hall with a single sleigh bed with a pull out bed underneath. The kids had plenty of room and slept like logs. Off this is a large tiled bathroom with bath with shower overhead, 2 sinks, bidet and toilet. Room 211 had facilities for wheelchair user. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were included in a basket of toiletries. The main bedroom had a large bed (reasonably comfortable) and a table with chairs, 2 good wardrobes, and plenty of furniture, tv free minibar (soft drinks). Overall we were very pleased with the room. It is very good value to have drinks and snacks at the hotel bar in the reception area. The breakfast was buffet style with a large selection of breads, cereals, meats, cheeses, fruit, bacon and eggs, omelette, fruit juices etc. All the staff were pleasant and polite and helpful.
