I read the review before I booked, so there where no surprises on arrival. You get exactly what you pay for. The staff are helpful. Rooms adequate and cleaner came in every day. The meals there was a choice of about four different meals per course so usually something to suit all, however, would have been better if warmer. Breakfast if taken later 8.30-10.30 we ate at 10.00 had been left a while and was a bit rubbery, but the colds and cereals were good. The sun terrace (roof) they have made good a small space, the pool is only tiny but again adequate there are plently of sunbeds and the jacuzzi was great when it cooled down at the end of a october day it was like a relaxing bath. All in all a good budget hotel, in the centre of everything. Read Less

The hotel was in a great location very central and the roof top pool was very nice a bit small but quiet in october so we had lots of room. The hotel itself was very noisy (water pipes banging and gushing alot) We had to change rooms at one point. Also bed was not comfortable. But if you want reasonable accom with a pool thats central then i suppose its ok. Read Less

First class value for money. The room was comfortable and clean and the food, both breakfast and dinner, was plentiful with some variety.
The hotel had a nice atmosphere as did the adjoining bar.
The location was central to Nerja, and an easy walk to bars, restaurants and the centre of the town. There was some noise due to building works in close proximity. We wouldn't have wanted to stay in our rooms for any length of time between 8am and 7.30pm, but this wasn't a problem for us.
Excellent value for money. We will be going back. Read Less

Hotel very nice, attractive decor in communal areas. Bedrooms nice and clean though not as opulent as communal areas. Staff lovely and friendly. Hotel cafe very nice and very popular with locals too (good food). Hotel good mix of nationalities, though mainly Spanish in November.
Only real criticism is the half-board meals. Some very dodgy combinations, all self service buffet and only ever lukewarm at best. O.k though as rooms so cheap we could afford to eat out!! (My son only three and much of menu did not appeal to him anyway!).
Room could be a little noisy at night time, but that's to be expected as is located central to town. Short walk to Balcon de Europa and front which is lovely. Lots of shops in town - all small specialist places. Read Less

Very good value for money; the room was basic but for the money it was good; unfortunately there was building working taking place downstairs in the hotel and also a small building; the digger and truck drivers started to work at 8:00am and the work will probably be on-going for a while yet. The location of the hotel was great, 5min walk to the Balcon de Europe and to the hub of restaurants and bars. The hotel is signposted as you come into Nerja, which was so useful. Breakfast was between 8.30 & 10.30am which was great if you want a lie in and your brekky too! The pool is on the roof is nice and quiet, pool small but nice. Read Less
