Stayed here for a week of sun and to be frank, you get very little sun at this hotel, the design is such that the pool area is in the shade longer than it is in the sun. Apart from that the rooms were nice, well kept with maid coming in everyday. Food was OK but the entertainment was rather poor. << click here to read less |

We stayed at the Hotel Greigo Mar from 8 to 21 April 2010. When we arrived we were checked in, given our all inclusive bands and our rooms within a few minutes. We had a great holiday. The bedding was changed 3 times during our stay and the room was cleaned every day. The all inclusive was great, you could get food and drink from 8am to 11pm, when the restaurant closed the snack bar opened. The food was 100%. The pool is in a bit of a shady area as it doesn't get the sun all day but very clean. There was a lifeguard there too which was great. The staff were very friendly and it is a great family hotel. There was entertainment every night we were there and a disco for the kids. During the day there was competitions for bowling, table tennis, darts and golf for the kids. It is about 15 mins from the beach but a nice walk through the streets to get there and the beach is spotless. The hotel is located close to the shops, very central.

This hotel is very good all round. The only disadvantage for us was it badly needs a coat of paint and the furnishings updating a little bit. The food in general was good, didnt have to queue, it was a clean restaurant with a table always available. The bacon was the ususal spanish fatty undercooked streaky stuff, but apart from that it was very satisfactory. The lifts were also a problem because if you were above floor three a wait of sometimes over five minutes followed unless you walked. We were lucky, we were on floor two so most of the time we used the stairs. I would go back there again especially if it was redecorated. We were half board basis and there was never any problem at the bars, and the entertainment was good too. << click here to read less |

Griego Mar Hotel is very centrally located for shopping. The staff are very professional and the hotel is clean. The only real faults I have is there should be a fridge in the rooms and the air conditioning was not on at all during our stay and we could have done with it at some times of the day.We enjoyed our stay and would go again but not in high season. The food was varied but cold at times but this will happen if it is not used up quickly. This hotel is real value for money and suitable for the old and young alike. << click here to read less |

The hotel was far too big(far too many people) for its restaurant and pool area, these areas were very very crowded. Once you had a seat in any one of these areas you could NOT move, or your seat would disappear. Again, spanish people pushing,shoving and to be honest very arrogant. it was very itimidating. I would say there was at least 70% spanish to 30%english. I thought there would have been more entertainment on in the evening, the entertainment (the show) only started about 10.30pm and was finished for 11.15 at the latest. << click here to read less |
