This hotel was a very good place for a quiet nights sleep in extremely pleasent surroundings, the staff were friendly and helpfull and the room itself was spotlessly clean with all the mod cons one would need during their stay. The only drawback was that the hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk to the town centre but the hotel does run a free shuttle bus which is a very nice bonus. << Click here to read less

Nice hotel - great if you are flying from malaga as an overnight stay, our stay was in the winter, but the pool areas looked very nice, even in the winter they were kept clean and full of water. We have used this hotel before as an overnight stay and will use it again in the future, not sure if we would use it for long stay though, as you need to get across a very busy road to head to the beach areas and its a good 15/20 min walk. << Click here to read less

Terramolinos is a great little town, I preferred wandering there than Malaga. Hotel was close to the Airport, Beach, Terramolinos town, and half an hour away from Malaga. The hotel really needs updating!! Room decore and furnishing are quite old, but clean. There was a really bad stagnating sea smell somewhere which lingered on occasion, but went away now and then, and it was only in the corridors, not the rooms. Staff were nice and helpful. The hotel isn't luxury, but it's fine for budget holiday esp. if you have a family. We were a group of 5 adults and stayed in the apartments (not the hotel rooms). The bar food was not very good at all, but breakfast was value for money. Hope you find this helpful. << Click here to read less

During our 4 day stay we received nothing but rude and dismmisive service, the hotel stank of sewage and was dirty and to top the whole weekend we went down to play tennis for an hour and when we got back to our room, the cleaner had been in not changed the beds but had stolen 100 euros and a mobile phone. I advise anybody to avoid this "Hotel" like the plague.
Imagine Fawlty Towers but worse.

We found no faults with the hotel itself, however the location of the hotel was poor in relation to the local town and beach. The snack bar at the pool was fanastic. The hotel is great for a cheap last minute deal but is far away from any amenities. The pool backs onto a busy road which makes it rather noisey when you are trying to relax and sunbathe?? The room was clean and regular visits from the maid ensured clean towels and bedding were provided daily. The free bus to the beach and Torremolinos centre do ease the location of the hotel. this has got to be the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in, the first night I averaged about 5 hours sleep, and the second about four, the appartments are large, but were filled with 150 Italian students with no teachers to monitor their behaviour, hence I was left to challenge them for their behaviour in the middle of the night, and also had to ring security, in respect to the door banging, and parties, I could not drown out the noise even with ear plugs. The staff were very helpful, but all they said was the teachers had been called. Not much use to us with two kids, a very noisy appartment and no sleep. and to top it off, we had no hot water in the appartment and the drains smelt, so much we had to keep the plug in the sink.
After years of backpacking, I can say this is the noisies hotel I have stayed in.I will not be rebooking << Click here to read less

The Hotel is situated within easy reach of Malaga airport and close to all facilities which Malaga has to offer. In fairness it is a fair walk to the beach and town but a local free bus service is available and very reliable. The food on offer lacked imagination, was very repetative but of a reasonable quality. It certainly was not of 4* standard and I've had better in 3* hotels but it was acceptable for the price I paid. The rooms are a reasonable size and very clean. There were very few British staying, mainly Spanish, but again this doesn't concern us (we don't come abroad to spend time with the British). The staff were not the friendliest I've ever come across, but many of them spoke very limited english.
All in all a hotel worth considering if you want easy access to the airport or main roads, (if you wish to explore Costa Del Sol, as we did), do not particulary want to be near the centre or have a limited budget. << Click here to read less

Although the hotel itself and the gardens/pools were pleasant, it was not what we would regard as 4 star. Our room was large and comfortable but many 4* details were lacking - no mini bar or fridge, no tea/coffee making facilities, and we had to complain twice to get hot water for showers etc. Our weather was not good and yet there was only 1 (very noisy) bar open in the hotel in the evening which was not comfortable and no other room (apart from reception) to sit and talk or read. The food was not very good - average at best, and restaurant staff were disinterested.
Some of the facilities offered were not available at the time of our visit (May). The hotel toilets were not well maintained, those near the pool did not seem to be cleaned anytime during our stay. Main complaint - this hotel is much too far from the resort centre and beach- much further than 1km.
We would not stay here again. << Click here to read less

Secret is to get down to breakfast early-otherwise can be difficult to find a table that has been cleared-not enough waiting staff on duty at breakfast.Fruitjuice at breakfast was poor-more like squash.guess this fits in with other reports I`ve read about the quality of food at this hotel, whilst o.k-I guess this where they save their euro`s.However, decent bacon at breakfast, freshly cooked-some of the best i have ever tasted in my many visits to Spain.Excellent room-better than what we haveenjoyed at the Costa Lago (just down the road towards the beach).Situated on a hill so not recommended for those who have difficulty walking.Would we stay again yes, but I`m still wary of the reports I`ve heard re the quality of food at this hotel-so yet again we would probably choose a room with breakfast. << Click here to read less

The rooms were good and the staff were excellent. However most of the hotel areas were cold and the restaurant freezing - some diners were in coats. As regards food there was little choice and on three occasions dishes that I chose were cold. However, as this was a business trip the location was fine as most of our time was spent east of Malaga. It was disappointing to some people at the hotel as the surrounding area was not a tourist area. I still think that it was value for money and most of our needs were met. << Click here to read less

We booked a triple room, on a half board basis. When we arrived we were very pleasantly suprised to find two large single beds and a sofa/bed a dining table, two TV.s, two large balconyes and a small kitchen.
The food was not 4 star however we always managed to find something to eat.
We struggled to put up the sofa bed on arrival, but one phone call to reception some body appeared within 5 minutes.
Altogether we had a very enjoyable stay, and are certain to return.
