It is a small hotel and is only four floors high, it is very quiet has.... click here to readmore >> We have just come back from the Hotel Acuarium in Costa Del Sol. It is a small hotel and is only four floors high, it is very quiet has a small dining room and a very small bar, so if you are looking for entertainment after dinner then this is not the place for you, as there is none. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. There is not a lot of choice at mealtimes, breakfast is cold meats, cheese, cereals, fruit,cakes and bread for the toast. Dinner is very limited, not much choice. The Hotel is only about ten minutes walk to the centre where the bus station and train station are situated. We took the bus into Torremolenos and it took an hour on the way back we took the train and it only took twenty minutes. It is only fourteen euros for the bus to Gibralter, you have five hours there, then you get the bus back. Right next door to the Hotel is the Police station. We had a pleasant five days at this Hotel, but remember if you are thinking of going ther it is very quite and not for the party animals. << click here to read less

The Spanish Plumber who repaired the shower anchor point high on the wall must have a wierd sence of humour as he had refixed the anchor point 50mm above the original anchor point which meant that when you put the shower handle into the position it stretched the flexible cord and cut off the water supply !!!!. Not the pretty end of town as the hotel opposite is in a state od partial repair/renovavtion, although noboby a tually worked on the property whilst we were there.
