Bed linen and towels changed on a daily basis. Ideal location for the beach and habour.
Hotel is very old fashioned and needs updating. Definately not 4*. The view from our balcony was a hotel which was falling down and an old empty swimming pool.
Breakfast was fine with a range of food available, most continental. More >> |

Had three weeks at the Alay Hotel location spot on the rooms are cleaned every day food was good and hot and always a good choice we did here someone saying they would have liked some ENGLISH food but come on when in Spain eat what the Spanish eat. The resturant staff were very good and helpful always a good morning/ evening and a cheery goodbuy and nothing too much for them if you asked for something it was there in an instant in fact all the staff were very nice. We were on the 11th floor overlooking the marina and beach and we only had to cross one road to get the supermarket and the shops and bars at the marina. We used the local buses when we went out and a lot cheaper than the UK. We would go back but we might not stay so long in the one place as we would like to try up in the mountains some time. | Great hotel, location brilliant opposite the marina which is even better, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast very good lots of different choices. Will stay there again. |

| the hotel alay itself was fine,the staff in restaurant were very rude. the head waiter had an attitude problem and very abrupt.for a four star hotel the selection of food was terrible. |

We were a group of 6 friends staying at the hotel - can't fault the location, 2 mins from the marina, beach and nightlife - staff were friendly and let us have a room the evening we were leaving so we could shower and change. We stayed B&B and all thought the hotel was excellent value. We would definately stay there again. More >> |
