Myself and my partner stayed here with a couple of friends for 6 days and really enjoyed the long weekend. The location is perfect just a few minutes walk from lots of bars and restaurants and only about ten minutes to a glorious sandy beach.

an excellent base for a family holiday,hotel and entertainment was exceptional for children with activities ongoing throughout the day.the rooms were quite small when considering we booked a quadruple room we got a standard room with 4 beds pushed in!..having said that they are adequate enough for somewhere to get the head down for a few hours!entertainment staff were very friendly,as were the rececption staff but the bar staff could do with a lesson in manners.with all said and done we had a pleasant stay here....mr t coulahan .ireland << click here to read less |

Just returned from Calypso Hotel in Salou. The hotel mainly catered for Spanish tourists at this time of year, so the food and entertainment was mainly for the Spanish. The rooms were very basic but the hotel was in a good location. The restaurant was very small to cater for the size of the hotel and I would think in peak times there would be a very long wait to get a seat. People were cued for around half and hour to three quarter of an hour just to get breakfast and dinner most days. As we were not prepared to stand in a dinner line we only ate dinner in the hotel two out of seven nights and the same with breakfast. Food was basic but not much variety especially childens section. good shows and disco. live football which pleased my husband.
