We had a great holiday. The apartments are fine, for 2 it's very spacious, for 4 it's good too! The location of the apartments is nice because you are only 3 roads up from the supermarket and just a walk along the beach from the bars and restaurants. The town itself is bigger than what you initially think, so there is nice walks around it and shops to look at. The pool is big and there is a good play area for kids. Staff were helpful but we were not around much anyway! The beach just 1 street away is lovely and very clean. There is plenty of parking around and about the apartments and there is a good bus conection to Girona and barcelona, however renting a car is recommendable. It is a budget apartment but for the price you pay it is fantastic. We had a brilliant time and we did a weeks holiday including flights, car, accommodation and food for #200. Definately worth it! This hotel was not exactly what I was expecting, the rooms were not serviced, I had to call reception twice to request clean towels and toilet paper. The hotel was full of noisy children who were being allowed to run riot at 12am (where were all the parents?). I liked the pool and the location was close to the beach. Read Less

It was an awful experience, the complex was very noisy, the walls were like paper, there was no way of blocking out the sound from outside - bring some sleeping pills! The kitchenette was not equipped - not even a cup in the place. The childrens club was non-existant & although they did have an indoor play area they didnt open it until 8.00 p.m. in the evening - even on rainy days!!
I am a big fan of spanish food but the food here was cheap and not typically spanish, but some days it was actually edible. It was absolutely impossible to get a decent bottle of wine to enjoy, the only bottle of red wine you could order that wasnt straight from the freezer was house wine which was like vinegar!! You could buy it in the local shop for ?1.45 so dont ever bother to order wine with your meal. The building itself was grotty and very run down, very dirty around communal areas. I find it very hard to believe it was 3*! DONT GO THERE! Read Less
