Look no messing about this is a basic apartment complex - in the summer you will have the sun and be able to use the pool to keep cool ,, you do your own cleaning and put your own rubbish out . make your own bed - towel change once a week - clean sheets after 7 days - but hey the price reflects this its half what you would pay elsewhere - the location is excellent - shops 2 mins - clubs and bars 2/5 mins - how far do you want to walk -- beach 5/6mins --old town 10mins - market 3/4 mins ---look after yourself and enjoy !!!! If you are wanting a central base for "the square" it is an excellent choice. The shops and bars are on the doorstep and the beach is ony 5 minutes walk away. The room was spacious and the balcony area was quite large with a table and chairs provided. You are provided with a toilet roll on day one, but if you require anymore it is cheaper to buy them in the supermarket rather than to buy one for 4 euros. All in all good value for money and I would stay there again. Read Less

The room was ok, but there were tiles hanging off the wall. The worktop was loose and fell off when it was leant on (could ahve damaged a foot really badly). The beds were clkean and comfortable. The bathroom ceiling was covered with damp patches and the bath was chipped and cracked. But there was plenty of hot water once it started to come through the tap! The maid changed the towels once, but the room was not cleaned. As a last thing, the guy on the reception needs a lesson in communication skills. We had a gas leak that was dealt with quickly, but with a chap and his lighter!! Overall we paid cheap and that was what we got! Read Less
