Hotel is in a good location and offers clean rooms and average food, it let's itself down by the poor service from it's staff whom seem distant and unaproachable. Certain areas of the foodhall where roped off on 3 occasions for no apparent reason, leaving customers with no choice other than to share tables or take up a table of eight even though you only need a table of four?
Entertainment was poor and very repetitive, lights went out on 1 occasion which also interrupted the singer, electrician was called and things got back to normal.
We had used this hotel the previous year and decided to give it a second chance, will not be returning to this hotel as I felt we where a burdon rather than a treasured returning customer, dissapointed to say the least. << Click here to read less

Some of the other clients were a bit drunken but after all this was fiesta time. Good food. Thre was always something to temp you. We were full board which cost us very little extra and this meant that if we missed breakfast we could have lunch at 12.30!! The room was very clean but their could have been more lighting oer the mirror as it was quite dark ecspecially when you are tring to do your hair or put maleup on. The entertainment was catered only for the spanish, dancing every single night. The food was good except you had no cold meats or cheeses in the evening yo go with your salad. The air con in the bedroom was hopeless, it blew air but it was,nt cold air.The staff were very misrable the first few nights, but the manager started going aroud watching the staff , speaking with them, and suddenly they all went more frienly [good evening sir, enjoy your meal etc] basicly what there getting paid for.A ll in all a good holiday in Benidorm ,but would prefare Ambassidor Playa. << Click here to read less

One thing which is a personal fault did not like being up on the fourteen floor and did not look over the balconcy often so will request lower floor next time on booking or at hotel on arrival. However, it was not made clear in the hotel details that the indoor pool facilities were charged and the charges were high. It was ?7 each for two hours. Had a really great time. Couldn't fault the hotel, spotlessly clean, lots of choice at mealtimes. Lifts were a bit temperemental.
