the hotel was very good ,entertainment was good ,the food was average plenty but bland ,the staff very good ,the room very good ,I was very happy with this hotel ,until the final day when we had to leave on an early flight which ment we had to have an early breakfast ,this was non exsistant dry bread,some jam no hot food ,toasters not on,this is a problem with this hotel it needs to have staff on and some hot food available,this spoils the final day .and the thoughts of wether to come back again.i am sure this can be put right with a little pressure from you yours alan phelps << Click here to read less

the presentation of the hotel is very good, big rooms with 2 double beds clean and tidy, nice bathroom with bath and shower, you also have a mini bar in your room to.
the food was what you expect, bacon sausages beans tomatoes fried eggs, cereal, bread, toaster,cold meats,cheeses, then all your pastries and all good, not brilliant but good.
we only had evening meal in our deal and the meals was very good, better that what we was expecting.
soup,always a grilled meat on, either pork chops, lamb chops,steak, our last night there was roast turkey. a fish dish on, pasta dish on, a stew of some sort everynight.
2 veg, 2 potatoes, plus all your salad and cold meats and cheeeses.
good selection on cold sweets and 1 hot sweet every day.
so all in all you will not starve.
for the price it was very good, i would say 1 thing its not 4 stars i would go with 3 but not 4.
so for a cheap clean hotel i would recomend it and yes i would go back.

The facilities were some of the best.

Food very varied some of which obviously cooked with the english in mind, i.e. apple crumble and bread and butter pudding. Entertainment reasonable. Facilities excellent. Television in room had non stop enlish films. Just slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. Would definitely stay at this hotel in the future, not so impressed with Benidorm itself. you have to be constantly on the look out for pick pockets, con men etc. Including English time share touts. << Click here to read less

the main reason we booked the hotel was because we were taking our grand children and there was an indoor pool. however to our shock there was a charge of 4 euro's for every 2hours the children used the pool this was very costly and WAS NOT STATED IN BROCHURES this greatly dissapointed us and spoilt an otherwise nice stay. this needs adressing as its most important to people on a budget and with kids. On the negative side meal times could be a little chaotic due to elderly spanish taking an easter break - be prepared to muscle your way in, or make sure you get there early. The was a vwriety of good food.
Local children seemed to be allowed in the pool in the pm - which made it rather congested. Situated on a slight incline which may dter some. Overalll i would recommend the hotel, and i would go again. << Click here to read less
