bright clean modern hotel with good seperate spa and pool although the spa is extra if you arent on all inclusive.for this reason alone its worth paying the extra especially if weather is less than reliable as the outside pool is freezing brrrr!!!food ok for a buffet type operation, drinks a reasonable choice of non branded on A.I but all branded drinks are chargeable.
rooms are fairly spacious with fridge,tv etc and decent size balconies.Good position 500 metres from beach in new town area close to bars cafes and entertainment but around 1.5 km from old town area.
good for families and not too noisy,entertainment cheesy but all in all excellent value for money compared to all the other hotels especially on A.I. The Ritz it aint but if you want the Ritz you wont be thinking of going to Benidorm. << click here to read less |

Only stayed 2 nights but well impressed. Seemed to be many guests on "all-inclusive" which wouldn't suit us but probably great for kids. Great entertainment (for us OAPs who still like to party - altho' we had quite a lot of younger company around us) on the Sat. but also other options available for possibly younger/different (?) tastes. Came in a a price we couldn't refuse and were not disappointed in anything. Hope we can find a similar price later in the year! << click here to read less |

We have visited this Hotel twice now and have enjoyed ourselves. That said there are a few problem area's. The entertainment was sadly lacking and what there was, was geared mainly to the Spanish children. Out of the three entertainment reps only one spoke good english and it was difficult to understand the others.
With only a spanish lager on tap (which was ok - just), there is a lack of decent enough beer or cider to drink, although a couple of years ago they had a full range of British beers and strongbow cider. I ended up drinking mainly a coconut liquer which was palatable.
All this said we did have a good time, staff were polite and helpfull, the hotel was very clean and the food was plentifull with enough choice to suit even the pickiest person. All in all we would probably book this hotel again. << click here to read less |

Really enjoyed my stay here, 3 nights in May 08. Food was good, facilities were good, ideal for family holiday if you are going to Benidorm. Hotel is about 500m from beach, just far enough away from the main pubs ; clubs. Definately one of the nicest hotels around that area. << click here to read less |

The only thing I could really fault was the standard of entertainment other than that we had a wonderful 4 days and we would definitely stay there again. Our stay at The Dynastic October half term: Lot's of good food and drink being all inclusive(a little too much at times). All the staff there were very polite, friendly ; helpfull. The Animation team worked very hard in trying to recruit us ; our fellow guests to take part in all the activities both day and night. A mix of guest, British, Dutch ; lot's of Spanish so the evening entertainment did have mostly a Spanish theme which you would expect. All inclusive was much better than I expected, lot's of choice ; something to suit everyones taste, although the in between snacks were a bit of a let down(Chips,tomato,cheese slices, hamburger, chicken nuggets, fried onions ; sliced bread to make toasties). I would definately make a return visit either with family or with friends. << click here to read less |

The rooms were really clean and the maids came in every day even though we were only on a 3night stay, toilet handle broke and was fixed within 1 hour!. The food at mealtimes was okay, however, quite often it was cold before you got to your table which was a let down. The food in between set meal times was poor and the hotdogs were raw. The entertainment was okay but poor speaking English entertainers made it difficult to grasp some things and the entertainers tried but hey were in Spain so we should know at least the Spanish basics!! Would go back for another short stay but wouldn't bring my kids as they would be bored too easily. May be better during peak times???
