The dining room is run by an inviting, yet very professional Head Waiter (Roberto), and his presence alone makes everything work to perfection making meal-times an enjoyable experience, every time!

The los dalmatas is NOT a 4 star hotel;the hotel and room interior is dated and the hotels claims that it has been recently refurbished are a joke. You have to climb 5 sets of steps to get to the pool area, the lifts are forever breaking down and you can stand for 20mins waiting on them. The food is edible but not what you would expect in a 4 star hotel. the only positive to take from our weeks stay was the location. << click here to read less |

We always travel to benidorm and stay in a 4 star hotel, we found the los dalmatas very poor, we travelled with my elderly grandmother who was less mobil and she could barely get aroung due to lots of stirs and find it hard to believe that no where on the hotle reviews this was mentioned. the decor in the hotle was dated, the food was poor and the lifts needed condeming as they were dangerous and kept closing on people. a very poor hotel << click here to read less |

That being said the food was amazing, always hot and always loads of choice. The food was good and also of a very high standard with a lot of choice. I would strongly recommend this hotel. This was the first time my husband and I have been away without the children and all went very well.That end of Benidorm was much better than other parts. My disabled parents could not use the lounge or entertainment hall because their was no ramp for their wheelchairs and they couldn't walk up the very steep steps. Pile drivers operated from 8 a.m till 8p.m on building work opposite the hotel and the noise was horrific.
