This is the second year I have stayed at this hotel. The location is superb with only a few mins walk into the Old town, beach and to local bus stops. The staff at hotel are very helpful indeed and the general appearance of the hotel and cleanliness is excellent. If you want a quiet hotel with not many children staying then this is the hotel for you. One good thing the rooms are carpeted and have security shutters on the windows. I would certainly recommended and stay at this hotel again. The only downside I can think of is the entertainment is very poor and aimed primarily at the Spanish of which are the majority nationality. Read Less

this hotel is situated within five minutes walk of the old town, which is lovely. it has good shopping and "tapas alley" which is narrow streets lined with tapas bars. lovely on an evening. it is also within 10 minutes walk of the beach. the hotel restaurant was lovely with an extensive buffet every lunch time and evening. a relatively quiet hotel, good for chilling. it also had a happy hour every evening in the bar at 8.30pm. the rooms were clean and spacious. The service was excellent. we asked for extra pillows as soon as we arrived and they brought them immediately. all in all a very comfortable hotel. perfect for a relaxing break. Read Less

have stayed here many times and never been disappointed the quality of the food is what gets us back here and shouldnt be underestimated - during this trip we had to stay in benidorm longer than we expected and had to change hotels to another 4 star very close by and the food there was of poor quality and inconsistent so we will stick with the victoria whenever possible
another good thing its near all the shops and action but is very quiet at night which is important to most people
the hotel is of mixed nationality which is fine
entertainment is of a spanish nature so we would always go out but it has a nice bar and lounges to have a relaxing early or late drink
staff are the same at reception and in the dining hall year after year so must be a fair place to work
all staff are professional and helpful
the rooms are clean and the decor is kept in good maintenance
i noticed how shabby this other 4 star was in parts that would never be tolerated at the victoria
so i would highly recommend the victoria Read Less

We have just returned from 2 weeks stay at this hotel and would rate it as excellent. The hotel room was spacious and very comfortable, spotlessly clean and with every amenity. Decent size towels in the bathroom with a heated towel rail! The food was very very good and varied daily. the staff very helpful. and the hotel was ideally situated in Benidorm, very central, an easy walk to beach and near the bus stops. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely stay in this hotel again. excellent, superb.

The victoria is an excellant hotel. We were only BB so cannot really comment on the food. The location is great and the hotel is very quiet (no children). The hotel rooms and very spacious and the floors are carpeted which means you dont get the annoying sounds of the cleaner dragging the beds about and the inconsiderate people who love walking about with their high heels on.
On the downside the pool is very small but you,er only 5 mins from the beach. Read Less

Spacious room, bathroom and balcony and even tea and cofee making facilities. If I had anything to complain about but this seems to be the norm in Spain, it was the pillows, as usual very hard.
