We stayed at the Vistamar apartments for my daughters Hen Party that is why we booked 'cheap' apartments because the 'girls' could not afford anywhere expensive. I was expecting them to be very poor and I was very pleasantely supprised at the cleanliness and size of the one bedroomed apartment. Being on the 20th floor was an experiance in its self, not good in your suffer from vertigo, but a fantastic view. There was alot on noise travelling up from groups walking past the hotel, this was because we at to leave the door open because of the heat. The shared Pool was not very clean, however it was extremely busy and there was a mixture of people with groups of lads, children etc. I thought the groups should have been more controlled, some were smoking in the childrens pool and there were a lot of cigarrette ends around the pool. Some of the reception staff could do with a lesson in customer service, but I am sure due to the voloume of customers and the way some customers behaved this reflected how they spoke to all customers. Rooms net did advise my party of 6 that a £50 each deposit was payable of arrival for breakages bad behavour however the other party of 10 who did not use Rooms net were not advised and this came has a shock to them. I would stay at these apartments again if I was on a budget but would prefer to have airconditioning in August. More >> |
