this was our second time going to this hotel and we still loved it. it is away from the hustle and bustle but still easy walking distance to all shops, clubs etc. pool is fantastic. food is varied and always something different to eat as long as you arent a fusspot. entertainment everynight isnt bad and if you have kids they will love it. very family orientated but still great for couples or young groups as you can leave the hotel later on at night to go clubbing etc in the english square( fantastic for great night out). all in all a 9 outta 10 for this hotel. nowhere is perfect but if you are looking somewhere clean, good service and fun for kids this is the place.

enjoyed holiday. Hotel was of a good standard for Benidorm and was very clean. childrens pool could have been a bit bigger as the main pool is deep. Plenty of choice in the restaurant for adults, same each day for children. Hotel staff very pleasant would stay again.

We spent 8 very enjoyable days at this hotel which is extremely clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were very spacious and well fitted and the food was very good with plenty of choice.The only complaint was the waiting time at the bar even for soft drinks and a self service drinks machine could solve most of this problem. We would definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel reception and staff are friendly and efficient, and speak several languages. The rooms are comfortable, not luxurious, but clean and welcoming. The food is excellent, plenty of choice and not normal tourist with chips, even the house wine is drinkable (very!) we only had one complaint and that was that the non-smaoking area was an open area in the lounge so the whole lounge area got a share, this is going to be changed over the winter, and I would, thereafter, stay there again and recommend it to anyone. It is only a 10 minute walk to Bendiorm beach with plenty of buses stopping right outside the door. We hired a car and there is good parking.

i actually was moved to the hotel deloix aqua centre because the mediterraneo was overbooked and these ratings are for the hotel deloix 95% of the people there were spanish the food was for spanish and what little entertainment there was ,was in spanish overall the accomadation was terible
