not bad hotel would stay again, when we got there they tried to make us pay a security deposit of 125euro per room and when you are only staying a couple of days and were not pre-warned that is quite a bit of your spending money! I managed to talk the manager around and we did not have to pay it but I could have done without it when I have a party of 12 all waiting to get to their room. One other moan is that the key cards continually had to be re-programmed on all of the rooms throughout the weekend this needs to be rectified as it is quite annoying. good stay in general and staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms where ok. a bit drab. the pool wasnt worth bothering abut. found the hotel drab and depressing. not a good atmosphere. and find the staff rude unhelpul. and they never told us about the 10 oclock vacation. and what we would be charged 16 euros for the extra 2 hours we had in th room or 25 euros for extra 4. i will not be stayin again. and it was rated as a four star. no way more like 2. dawn speed More >> |

Apartments cleaned and change of towels once in a week, full of stag and hen parties, between 2 and 5 am couldnt sleep because of the noisey revellers going back to their rooms to carry on partying. Awful. More >> |

The Room was filthy when we arrived Door would not lock so we moved rooms. 2nd Room had no heating on and No hot water for over 24 hours!! Not be going again There were piles of droppings/shavings in the corners and mouldy food down the side of the fridge Disgusted actually. More >> |

Magic Tropicana suites is not a Hotel, there are no restaurant facilities and the bar only opens from 2pm till the barman feels like closing which is normally before 10pm. Considering my friends and I had paid for 24hr All Inclusive this came as a shock;then we were told that we could eat and drink at any of the magic group of hotels in Benidorm, fortunately the Hotel Magic Rock Gardens was only a 5min walk away and all our all inclusive needs were catered for at this hotel. The food was very good. Keep in mind both these establishments are at the top of a very steep hill. More >> |

Spotless, large apartments with air con & sat tv. Not a lot more you could ask for apart from moving the block down the hill a bit nearer the shops & beach. Friendly helpfull staff & nice indoor pool area & bar. Outside pool sunbathing area a bit on small side with limited number of beds, especially if 30 man stag do turns up like happened to us.
