Food very good This hotel is fine if you are nocturnal Hotel public areas very very dark, luckily the weather was fabulous so we were able to be outside all day. Had it rained I think the place would have driven me to drink. Good job it was All Inclusive Themed as a cave even with water dripping from the roof of the cave Hotel Rooms need brightening up, furniture far too dark and light bulbs too low a wattage to be able to read even in the daytime Beware, these rooms have no balconies and the public outdoor seating area closes at 7pm so you really are confined to the dark

couldnt fault this hotel very good value for money,the only fault we found was there was only one bar open during the day with one very hard working bar man trying to serve and collect glasses at the same time other wise everything was fine .

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in benidorm. The hotel-Magic Rock Gardens was in the perfect location for the beach and in easy reach of all the entertainment. The food at the hotel was lovely and we had plenty of variety.The rooms were very clean. Infact they were cleaned every day ! The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was not having a balcony. Apart from that it was perfect ! Would definately reccomend this hotel to anyone !

We flew sat, due to leave following saturday but left on the Tuesday. An all Inclusive hotel with 11 floors of rooms all guests AI and only one bar with 1/2 staff so could que up to half hour to get a drink. Self service bar after midnight and in restaurant but was always run out and staff couldn't understand you when you tried to tell them. Ordered Special diatery meal at reception but only got it one night because staff in restuaurant didnt understand me to provide this. Meal times& snacks often finished early, went up at 11.45 when we arrived being told to by reception as food finishes at 12 to be rudely told no they are tidying up so had to go hungry till the morning! Couldn't be bothered with this hassle and went home 5 days early!

We went to The Magic Rock Gardens in Feb 2007 and the hotel was quite busy. The day after we arrived the maid came in to change our towels while we were out and we came back to find that some of my girl friends clothes had been taken from the wardrobe!! Strangely it was 1 pair of socks and 2 tops that she had hung up just before we had went out. We told reception who explained that nobody could enter our room but us with the key card but when we explained that the maid had been in to change the towels they didn't want to hear it. The security man came to see us and checked the lock on the door which was fine and left us to think that it could only have been the maid. Anyway nothing was done about it. Apart from that our experience in the hotel was really positive, the room was clean, food was good. The weather was also good but not warm enough to go into the pool although the pool area would be good in summer. I would recommend this hotel but just watch out for the sticky fingered maids!!!
