I have stayed in the Cristal Park several times and enjoy it very much, the food is good and there is always plenty of it. I like the Amigos group of hotels as you can use any of them, they also put on a free bus which takes you between all of them More >> |

1st time stopped in old town, not again cannot move for arrogant spanish. magic cristal hotel room did not have balcony, needs investment promptly. One major headache was the 4 lifts. 2 were out of order all week. you had to wait anything upto 20 minutes for the other lifts. hotel really geared for spanish, wont be going again. More >> |

Hotel has deteriated since January 2007. Service, facilities all gone down. Food not as good. The entertainments programme & staff were rubbish. Too many Spanish in Hotel, the Brits took second place.
I was givena single room with a single bed for which I had to pay a supplement, I feel this was unfair. More >> |

Badly in need of a good clean! The rooms were poorly maintained - one or two examples- the door to the room didn't shut properly, the wardrobe door was off its running track, the frigde leaked water all over the floor, where there was (I'm guessing) a soap dish on the wall in the bathroom there were two screws and a lot of rust marks. Although the hotel staff appeared apologetic when i complained, nothing was done. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.... I only stayed for 2 nights, I'd have been crying is my stay was any longer. We have been to the Cristal Park many times and once again could not fault it.The food is fabulous with lots of choices, and the staff are lovely.Plus you have the added bonus of using several of the other magic chain hotels.We had a great time and look forward to our next break in the Cristal Park in Benidorm. | I would not recomend this hotel as the facilities are very basic and in need of major upgrade. The decor is pre 1980 and the rooms have a very distinct odour. Meals are repetitive and very basic. |
