Hi,I could not fault the hotel for the above ratings I have given it, I hope the hotel will take notice of what I have to say. I thought they caitered more for there own people then the UK guests, I thought the food let them down a lot
having stayed at the Avenida hotel, I thought reception were not to polite and that to be asked to pay for a phone call to my transfer people was diabolical, all so I took a bottle of water into dineing area, and was made to look like I was a crimnal. I new you would not be able to drink my own water in there but rather then throwing it a way I just left it on my table, and I had all ready ordered a bottle of thee water to, The cost of a bottle of water 1euro80 cents I thought was well over the top, I do hope you do not get us filling these forms in and do nothing about it,There were several guests who complained to us a bout what I have said.Mrs J.OConnell IE chips for breakfast, fish was not cooked properly having been a food inspector for many years I have noted the people of concern and Emailed them in regards to this in Benerdorm More >> |
