We were very disapointed with this hotel, several areas of the hotel were closed - the food wasn't great and not very hot, although we paid for 24 hour all inclusive this wasn't available at our hotel - If using this group again - suggest staying at the Cristal Park - about 10 mins walk away - standard far better for the same star hotel.

hotel finicia is located very close to the beach, but in a very noisy place. also the air conditions are very old and make too much noise. the rooms are big, a lot of free space and a very nice furniture and a nice bathroom. all the staff are always grampy, never smile and it makes the guests feel intimadated. most of the guests are elderly spanish people and the entertainment is very boring and poor. no facilities for the kinds. overall the holiday was good because we had the all inclusive which we could use in 10 of the other hotels in Magic group, the best restaurnt is in Crystal park hotel and the best hotel is Tropicana garden. good value for money!!
