We stayed early September and the weather was very hot. Air conditioning in hotel was very good. Bedroom spacious, beds comfortable, bathroom fine, balcony and view very good. Food was superb, dining room pleasant and not overcrowded. Bar price round pool was also very good compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Pool area was cleaned every morning. We have stayed at the Don Pancho o n previous occasions and cannot fault the service and the food and conditions generally and recommend it to older people as the hotel does not appear to cater for children other than a small children's pool and high chairs in the dining room, but for senior citizens as we are it is a great hotel.

Our holiday was spoilt by the attitude of a member of staff in the dance lounge. We felt humiliated and upset. A long story which we reported to management. We would not stay at this hotel again or indeed recommend it as we have done enthusiastically in the past.
