location was great, just far enough for the attractions ( bars nightlife etc) not to be a problem. facilities also very good, rooftop pool a boon if you like to swim without being "bombed" by kids. bar prices v acceptable and served in a proffesional and friendly manner. we are already planning a return visit,. during our 4 days stay, we (2 couples about 50 years old) had a very pleasant time at this hotel. We travel a lot and we know how to compare quality to price !
The cleanliness of the hotel, the spa and the rooms was especially good.
The staff was very friendly and even the guests staying there were quiet, reserved and well educated people.
The choice of the food presented was great and well cooked
The only minus was the situation of the hotel, quite a distance from the old town. As we had a car hired, it wasn't a problem for us.

Very pleased with hotel. Lovely visit. Would have liked there to be tea/coffee served after evening meal with dessert. You had to eat dessert and then go somewhere else for coffee as the resturant would not serve it. They did at breakfast though.... More >> |

We visited the hotel for a long weekend in Feb 2008. It was extremely clean, spacious rooms, excellent facilities. Indoor and outdoor pools were first class (take your own swim caps as it is compulsary to wear them). Food was very good. Entertainment was great. Definitely visit this hotel again. Loved the room and bathroom, spacious and modern. Happy with hotel in general and staff were friendly and good with kids. Only complaint was that there was no internet access in rooms as advertised, and WIFI in lobby was limited. Otherwise, very satisfied with hotel. More >> |

I am not great fan of Benidorm, we went their due to my son having freinds in the area, the hotel is as good as I have been with myself normally Hilton, Sheratons or millennium type hotels, the food was second to none with a really extensive spread, and the staff were very helpful and put up with a lot with my son and I......
