We stayed in this hotel in 1995 when we received excellent everything. The hotel is just the same - the food is excellent as are the staff - BUT - it took three attempts before we had a suitable room as the first two both had dirty brown water out of every tap. The hotel needs refurbishing if it is to compete with the new 4 star hotels that have sprung up in the last few years.

I have been to Los Dalmatas Hotel, Spain on numerous occasions and it seems to get better every year. It is located perfectly for the beach, mundomar, water park, the plaza, shops and costas. I and all my family love this hotel and will definitely be back for our next holiday.

My wife and I visit benidorm 4 or 5 times a year, we have stayed in most of the 4 star hotels in the Levante area. The los dalmatas is NOT a 4 star hotel;the hotel and room interior is dated and the hotels claims that it has been recently refurbished are a joke. You have to climb 5 sets of steps to get to the pool area, the lifts are forever breaking down and you can stand for 20mins waiting on them. The food is edible but not what you would expect in a 4 star hotel. the only positive to take from our weeks stay was the location.

We always travel to benidorm and stay in a 4 star hotel, we found the los dalmatas very poor, we travelled with my elderly grandmother who was less mobil and she could barely get aroung due to lots of stirs and find it hard to believe that no where on the hotle reviews this was mentioned. the decor in the hotle was dated, the food was poor and the lifts needed condeming as they were dangerous and kept closing on people. a very poor hotel

we found the hotel to be of a very high standard,and the staff were very helpfull from the start to finish,the food was excellant and offered a very good selection at evey meal,overall a realy great hotel and would recomend to anyone,good pool and faciltise,many thanks. tim lorrain jack

had a lovely time, food good and service at meal times excellent, although if on top floor, have to wait for lift for long time. sunbeds are reserved with towels, so if you dont join in and do the same you have no chance of a lounger!

We have been to this hotel twice, the food is lovely and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The only real negative is the lifts are very poor !Thankfully we are able bodied and didn't have small children we were also only on the fourth floor, but for some guests this was a real problem.

I wouldn't consider this hotel a 4 star, its an average 3 star. The pool area was small with sunbeds cramped in, and if you didn't get up at the crack of dawn to reserve 1 you wouldn't get 1. That being said the food was amazing, always hot and always loads of choice. This was our 8th time in Benidorm and we have tried most of the 4 star hotels, this being 1 of the worst.

My wife and I have enjoyed our stay at the Dalmatas Hotel that's why we went back again. The Staff are very helpfull but leave you to enjoy yourself,but you know they are there to help you if you need them. Food's great,pool great , no lager louts just a safe place to relax. Just book it,you will have a ball.
