This my second visit to this hotel and as before i was more than satisfied, the room was again great it was more like a suite with two rooms 2 televisions so if i had a row i could move next door .again food good, location nice and central for both Poniente and Levante for value for money you cant beat it and i have to say roomsnet.com were the best deal (again) this is now my 10th hotel in Benidorm and is certainly in the top two. Went on my own for the night, had a great room double balcony twin beds tele settee etc biggest room i have stayed in.
food was good with plenty of choices. In fact it was difficult to fault the only minor gripe i have was the entertainment for a friday night in Benidorm was Line dancing, not my cup of tea but everyone else seemed to be enjoying themselves so i made my way to bed and had a good nights sleep.
will return with the wife next time(at least i can have a dance before bed) More >> |

This is the second year I have stayed at this hotel. The location is superb with only a few mins walk into the Old town, beach and to local bus stops. The staff at hotel are very helpful indeed and the general appearance of the hotel and cleanliness is excellent. If you want a quiet hotel with not many children staying then this is the hotel for you. One good thing the rooms are carpeted and have security shutters on the windows. I would certainly recommended and stay at this hotel again. The only downside I can think of is the entertainment is very poor and aimed primarily at the Spanish of which are the majority nationality. More >> |

this hotel is situated within five minutes walk of the old town, which is lovely. it has good shopping and "tapas alley" which is narrow streets lined with tapas bars. lovely on an evening. it is also within 10 minutes walk of the beach. the hotel restaurant was lovely with an extensive buffet every lunch time and evening. a relatively quiet hotel, good for chilling. it also had a happy hour every evening in the bar at 8.30pm. the rooms were clean and spacious. The service was excellent. we asked for extra pillows as soon as we arrived and they brought them immediately. all in all a very comfortable hotel. perfect for a relaxing break. More >> |

We have been to this hotel twice now and going back again in September, the location to beach and the old town are within walking distance. we found the hotel clean and the room was large with queen size beds, the food was varied and we always found something we all liked. More >> |

March 2008 - spent 6 days @ Victoria Hotel - very clean, friendly, relaxed. Mixture of English & Spanish guests. Wife commented that she had not seen so many shades of grey in one place - but it is that time of year when the "silver heads" spend a lot of time "winter sunning". Would recommend hotel & resort!
