Although the appartments are basic, they are clean and location - certainly in respect of the Old Town area - is excellent. Balconies are also large and have a nice view over the area, pool area is also good if not too busy. Generally, staff also very helpful. Does exactly what it says on the tin.

Although good location for US - on a steep road near PARK and BULLRING. No towel or bed linen change within 1 week - once toilet rolls used up had to buy at supermarket which is very close to hand and cheapest, we feel, in the whole of Benidorm. On the whole we like these apartments as feel secure and safe as doors locked on entrance and room door need to turn key 4 times to lock - good security although still bought security box in room. If price right would certainly use again and again.

Good location. Reception attended by a drunk spanish man made our check-in difficult. Hallways smelt of blocked drains. Sofa bed in apartment had some very dubious stains and didn't smell very pleasant. Bathroom very grubby. Huge L-shaped balcony was nice. Swimming pool unheated but we did use it - wouldn't be warm enough for children to use. Walking distance to beach and nightlife. Spent 2 nights here but wouldn't stay again or for a longer period of time.
