on the plus side we had a fantastic view of levante bay (4th floor at front)and we found the dark haired receptionist very helpful and could speak good english. That said we were disappointed with the standard of cleanliness particularly the bathroom and kitchen area - the bath had lost its glaze and looked as if it hadnt been cleaned properly for weeks, the sink and taps also had not been washed thoroughly. The fridge was dirty and the oven was so bad we didnt feel able to use it. The overall condition of the apartment looked tired and really needs refurbishment to justify the price. The cleaning service advertised only came in once in the week to change towels.

Was in room 104. Very small. We struggled with 2 people. No were to hang you things and only 4 coat hangers. I've been to Benidorm about 30 times and the accommodation is the noisiest I've been in. There are right on the conrner were everyone passes from the old town to the beach, so you have spanish youngsters passing and shouting all night. Staff nice and helpful. 4 eating places below so constant smell of food. Recomend earplugs.
