we went for my stag do and there was 19 of us lads...how we must of got on peoples nerves?? ...anyway the hotel staff at reception were brilliant and couldnt do enough for us like getting taxi's for when we wantd to hit the main town for clubs and pointing us directly to the open bar upon arrival at 1am in the morning. bar staff were great as well. great facilities, great all around food to choose from and as we went all inclusive - free beer! brilliant experience. best regards, - Liam and (18 mates) on my stag do from - Cardiff.

the magic monika in cala finestrat benidorm has lowered in standards since we was there 18months ago.the room was filthy,the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful in our situation.the self catering facilities were near enough non existent.no cooker,broken hob,no toaster,no cups or glasses,one pan.sockets hanging out of the wall,slates broke up the side of the wall leaving them very sharp,bed sofa was broke,patio doors were broke(glass coming away from the frame when you tried to open it).overall needs renovating and made safe for children,i no as a parent i had major safety issues with this hotel ie;beds shoved up to windows that slid open to a 17th floor straight drop,no safety catches on them.couldnt wait to get home.the actual place was filthy couldnt walk on the pavements as they were full of dog dirt and smelt of dog wee and there was graffitti everywhere,felt like i was in the bronx not spain.there putting up all these new builidings,spoiling the views but not opening any new cafes,bars or restaurants,so its not going to draw people to holiday there.wouldnt go again.
