Great pillows on bed and nice large shower as well and A/C in the room. Short walk from the beach where there are view of Port Olympic and a Beach Bar/Cafe that serves coffee,drinks and light snacks.
Tour Bus stop two streets down and cash machine in block next to hotel and cabs come past regularly.
Room service food is tasty and good selection and the buffet breakfast is excellent. Internet available and staff are helpful in assisting with your travel arranagements.
We would definately return if in Barcelona again! Read Less |

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the only complaints we would have is that we had a room with an interconnecting door. We specifically asked for non smoking rooms but the couple in the adjoining room smoked constantly and the smell came into our room very strongly through the interconnecting door.
Breakfast was wonderful but it was almost impossible to get a hot cup of tea or coffee. The water just never seemed to be boiled.
As I said, very small gripes. We have stayed in the hotel before and opted to return because it is a comfortable stay. Read Less |

Very good location if you are with a car,But if you like walking you can rich all the places in 1 hr.

Transport links to the city are first class and simple - buy a 5 day bus/metro ticket (21 Euros) and travel in to the centre on the 41 bus - stop is a 3 minute walk from the hotel or from Sal de Mar metro station - 7 minutes walk. Superb returants at the Olympic marina - take the bus or if feeling energentic / romantic take a 20 minute stroll down the sea front. Barcelona is a great city. Read Less |

The hotel itself is quite far out of the city centre and costs about 8 Euros to the Ramblas. There is nothing much to do round the hotel area, and the facilities are not great. There is a gym, with basic equipment, and a very SMALL sauna (only fits 2 people and its a squeeze to get in and out) and a steam room. NO jacuzzi and NO pool, indoor or out. Nearby hotels include the Hesperia del mar and Hilton. I think that for the facilities it has, it should be more of a 3 star hotel. The interiors are modern and its clean and bright, and I think thats why it can be classed as a 4 star. The buffet breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from, hot or cold. However the rooms are very small and please note DO NOT have a bath - simply a small bathroom with toilet, sink and walk in shower. Free bottled water is available on each floor. I paid approx #70 per night and felt for this money especially for a late booking I should have got a better hotel nearer the city with better facilities. I wouldn't stay here again purely because of the facilities and location, however it is a nice hotel but there are plenty of better hotels out there. Read Less |

A little further on the outskirts of the main town but at least this meant quiet and was a very good bus service into town. Would definately recommend it for the price. Read Less |

another thing was that during our stay the hotel proceeded to have work done to the floors at the entrance and in the lobby. it would have nice to be informed of such a sight as feeling unwelcome in a torn up hotel does NOT make for a great holiday. i felt as if the hotel was falsley awarded a four star rating. Would recommend if you want a quiet hotel, but only 25 minutes to the centre of Barcelona 10 minute walk to the metro and 15 minutes on the metro.
