I asked for info from the hotel reception staff on where I could buy tickets for Monserrat. They gave me the wrong information (giving the wrong metro station) so I wasted a lot of time. Hotel did not provide toothbrush in the room and I told the reception desk. The hotel reception desk asked for my room number and said they will make sure the room maids will give us the disposable toothbrushes daily. This was not done. Read Less
