The first room we were given (401), the air conditioning was broken and the shower tray had a piece missing which caused the whole bathroom floor and some of the bedroom to flood when you take a shower! Also, the view out of the window was a concrete wall and a satellite dish! We requested another room but they weren't able to give us another one until the next day. So, we spent one night sleeping in what felt like a sauna! The next room we were given was fine. The breakfast buffet was not very good. The bread was stale and avoid the cooked breakfast! Disgusting!

Toilet in room leaked onto floorfrom cistern (clean water thankfully). They tried to fix it but 7 days later they were still waiting on parts. Hot Buffett breakfast was terrible (fried eggs brought from kitchen were freezing cold). Cold buffett was ok though. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day. There were no facilities in the hotel, simply use it as a place to sleep.
