In July last year we booked another trip to London for December through Roomsnet.
We payed and got a voucher for our hotel.2 days before we left we got another message wishing us a good holiday.When we arrived at the hotel they showed us our booking was CANCELLED! by the agent!!
It took us quite some time to get through to Roomsnet's emergency phone and in the end they told us the booking was OK.they'd contact the hotel to tell so.But nothing happened!!
WE HAD TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT FOR OUR HOTELROOM AGAIN !!Money we wanted to use for Christmas Gifts!
We've phoned,emailed and chatted and we always got the same answer:"you get your money back,"(first within 2 days,later surerly within 2 weeks)BUT NOW,2 MONTHS LATER THERE'S NO MONEY BEING PAYED TO US.
we feel so cheated by this company we only can tell you DON'T MAKE ANOTHER BOOKING!!
We're going to try to get our money back and will NEVER EVER USE ROOMSNET AGAIN!
