Our room was of a goo.... click here to readmore >> We had requested a room on the highest floor when we made our reservation and we were not disappointed at check-in. Our room was of a good size, was well kitted out and the pressure from the shower was excellent. The breakfast, which was a buffet, was the best we had ever had. Breakfast was from 7am-11am (served till 12md on a Sunday). All the cakes and pastries were made fresh each morning in the hotel and there was a choice of hot breakfast, sausages, bacon, egg and cold breakfast from meats, cererals, pastries and many other selections. The location of the hotel was in a quieter part of Amsterdam but within 10min walk of Dam square and Anne Frank museum. There are excellent restaurants and nice cosy pubs on the street where the hotel is situated. We were advised at check-in that the hotel offers a 'Lazy' Sunday which meant we could check out at 5pm and as we had a late flight we had a nice ly on after the night before. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent english. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any of my friends and family. << click here to read less
