We have stayed at this Hotel before and one of its attractions for us was the frequent and reliable shuttle service; on this trip we had three shuttle timetables to pick from and each showed slightly different departure/arrival times. Only once during our 5 day stay did a bus arrive on time. Generally they were about 30 minutes late and on one accasion 2 buses arrived together. On another occasion the bus was so full several passengers were told they would have to wait for the next bus - not funny if you have a plane to catch. No problems with the hotel, the staff or the food but the bus is the big selling point of the Ibis. Fuel has increased for everyone but come on Ibis either be honest with your bus times or increase your rates by 1 or 2 euros and return to your previous good bus service. More >> |
