We paid more to stay in the Zoraida Gardens hotel than the sister hotel next door yet all the guests from the sister hotel were monopolising the free sun loungers around the pool near our hotel leaving their hotel pool area very quiet as you had to pay for loungers near their pool which we found very unfair and found it virtually impossible to get near the childrens pool in the hotel we had paid to stay in. Also, guests were reserving loungers with towels all day even though some days the loungers remained un-occupied all day with towels on them. For this reason we won't ever return to this hotel.
