The Virgen del Mar is currently being refurbished so we were offered alternative accommodation in the Punta del Cantal ( adjacent ) which is brand new, the room was first class and the staff very friendly, will definately use again.The Virgen del Mar hotel will be ready in approx March April time 2008. We have stayed at this hotel now on three occasions, the staff are very friendly and the location is excellent and is well positioned for bars restaurants and the beach, I can recommend the Chinese restaurant which is only 20 meters away. John & Christine
