The location of this hotel is fantastic if you want a quiet battery recharge. The food is okay but there is loads of it. Nearby restaurants typically Spanish. Very little English spoken in this area. A couple of complaints, daily cleaning of rooms very poor just the basic done. If you request a late check-out, it'll be okay on day of arrival but not on day of departure. This is my second time to this hotel and I will be back because it is good value for money and the area is beautiful.

We were thrilled with the hotel and the facilities. The only complaint we have is that the food in the buffet restaurant wasn't very hot. However this was the only problem we had with the hotel. The staff, the facilities and the location were more than we hoped for.

This hotel is really well situated in Aguadulce. The staff are okay (not as rude as in some other parts of Spain). The facilities offered were great and made for a very relaxing stay. If you want a place to get away from it all, I would recommended this hotel and this resort.

Couple stayed for one week,'Spring-break', late-March 2007. Half-board good value but variety and quality of dinner - buffet style and no a la carte menu - monotonous. Location on beach and near marina complex but few local facilities for late-night entertainment at that time of year. Transport limitations strongly suggest car-rental - garage at hotel extra charge. Plus points included no-quibble change of room when check-in revealed pokey room beside lift-shafts. Points deducted for no pool-towels nor sun-lounger mattresses available at that time of year - also, generally good internal-environment but curious down-at-heel for at least one set of elevators at centre of building.

A little out of season 17/24 March 2007so full facilities not available. Situation good,just a few paces across promenade to fine beach which is kept scrupulously clean.Guests mostly Spainish with some Germans. Only dissapointment was the standard of food and lack of variety.We were half board.

The hotel was a nice location but there was no ventilation in the room we were allocated . The air conditioning did not work and we spoke to them at reception and nothing was done about it during our stay. The food and facilities were good but the staff need to be a little more helpful .
