This is a nice hotel but it is not friendly to English speaking guests. The reception staff were fine, but other staff sometimes just looked at us and walked away when we tried askng them something in English. The room was nice and well cleaned but the place was plagued with mosquitos. The food was good and there was a good selection.

a large well apointed hotel with polite and helpfull staff,our room was very comfortable with a great view but suffered from the same lack of sound deadening ive found in every spanish hotel ive ever stayed in,insofar as you could hear conversations from the ajoining rooms.the food was excellent with a wide choice, bar and cafeiteria prices were on par with local cafes.the hotel was less than 1/4 full during our stay,and I doubt it would have been so pleasant if it had been full in the high season.

The buffet style food was really disappointing; hygiene in the restaurant was below standard in my opinion. I had the displeasure of watching a cockroach runacross the restaurant floor. The staff were in general were pleasant but keen to move you out of the communal areas when approaching closing time in the bar.

We had a most comfortable week at the hotel. The services, facilities and staff were first class. The location is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. My only suggestion , which is purely of minor proportions, is that the decible level of the music in the bar at night time be at a lower pitch and also that smoking in the Irish Pub be banned.
