A great hotel right in the middle of the beautiful palm groves of Elche, a Unesco World Heritage site. We stayed for 10 days and have no complaints at all - the hotel itself was lovely, the rooms spacious and comfortable, staff friendly and pool large. There is also a fab top-notch restaurant on site. Excellent location only 10 minutes pleasant stroll from the centre of the city, but in a quiet oasis of its own. Amazing value for the B+B deal we got on this website. One thing to note though - this is a hotel that is geared up for (mainly Spanish) business people and v smart weddings at the weekends. English holidaymakers are few and far between (we were the only ones - hurrah!) So you'll have to speak a bit of Spanish, and really shouldn't stay here if you're wanting fish and chips/stuffed donkeys in sombreros or a fight with a lobster-red fat bloke from Rotherham every night.
